FAQs

Absolutely! Every tall shopper will require a ticket however they're welcome to bring their friends, family, spouse, kids, etc with them. Non-shoppers do not need a ticket.

The Tall Size Pop-Up Shops operate showroom style which means you'll be able to try everything on in store and place your orders however the items you purchase will be shipped to your house for FREE 3-5 days after the pop-up shop (7-10 days for Canada).

Yes! Majority of our products go up to a XXL or XXXL.

The main focus of our Pop-Up Shops is clothing however we sometimes have local shoe brands featured at certain locations. For the Fall 2024 Pop-Up Shops, you can expect to see Poppy Barley at the Toronto Pop-Up Shop and Vaila Shoes at the Atlanta Pop-Up Shop.

You can! However if there is a line, those with tickets will be prioritized over walk-ins.

We try our very best to host our pop-up shops at locations that have either free or paid parking nearby. We email RSVPs with parking details and instructions closer to the pop-up shop.
