Didn’t like pointed toes.

Very comfortable

Doesn’t fit true to size, resulting in reoccurring blisters

I have purchased many PB shoes before and LOVED them. I’ve had at least 6 pairs over the years. But these were not comfortable right out of the box. I emailed customer service and was told that they would relax and form to my feet, so with that advice and prior experience I took the chance and worn them outside. I’m sorry I did. The pointed toe shape really squishes your toes. 3 weeks after consistently wearing them hoping they would “mold to my feet”, they haven’t. I wore them 2 days ago for an all day work event and the result was 3 bleeding blisters on my feet. The fit recommendation on the website says they fit true to size, but I have bought many size 11 PB flats and boots with no issues. I normally really appreciate that PB makes larger sizes, but truly, I’m disappointed because I can’t return them at this point for an alternative without a pointed toe, like the At Leisure Slip on. If I had gone one size up, they would have been too long in terms of fit. This was an unfortunate let down by PB.

Very torn about these

I absolutely love the style of this shoe, and I have 2 other pairs of the same style in different colours. However, this pair was falling about after only 2 weeks. The bottom rubber part of the heel was peeling away from the base of the shoe. Poppy Barley quickly replaced the shoes, but when I got the new pair I could see that even brand new out of the box the new pair was starting to peel as well. I’m undecided if I’ll address it directly with them again or just glue the shoe back together as it peels away further (even though that shouldn’t be something I have to think about with a $265 shoe…).
