Feet hurt

I was so excited to have saved my $$ to be able to buy a pair of your shoes. I love the look but the shoes hurt the soles of my feet, especially the left foot. Not sure why, because I’m sure the sales lady said they had special insoles

I love the style of this shoe for an everyday basic. I bought my usual size but I find this shoe more narrow than other PB shoes I have purchased. I also wish the laces were longer. I have a high instep and could use more lace length to make a nice bow.
